What is the Online Classical Riding Academy?

Formerly known as The Online Riding School, OCRA (the Online Classical Riding Academy) is a subscription based site, hosted on our own platform, devoted largely to videos to teach riding, from complete beginners to advanced riders needing help with riding problems. Subscription is only GBP 6.99 per calendar month (or local equivalent).

Signing up, or creating an account, is free and you only make payment(s) if you take out a subscription. You can sign up by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of your screen.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, there is a 14 day free trial for subscriptions to OCRA and you will not be charged if you cancel within that time.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Click on the Get Access Now or Subscribe button and input your customer and payment information. You can pay using PayPal, or a valid credit or debit card.

Can I view your channel in my country?

Yes you can view our videos in any country, no country is currently geo-blocked.

Do you have subscription gift cards?

Yes, please go to https://www.onlineclassicalridingacademy.com/gift_cards/new if you would like to purchase one. After purchasing the gift card, a redemption code is then instantly generated for you to send to the gift recipient. A copy of this code, along with a receipt, is sent to you via email. It is highly recommended that you keep the code and save it for safekeeping. You can then either forward the email to the person you're gifting (the recipient), or instantly print the code and give it to them personally.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. If you wish to unsubscribe, please log in and open your dashboard. Click on the Billing tab, scroll to Active Plan and then select Change Plan on your Online Classical Riding Academy subscription and confirm. Unsubscribing will cancel your subscription payment and you will only be able to view paid content until the end of your current billing period. Please note that it is the subscriber's duty to manage their account, billing and subscription, and not that of the OCRA team.

Can I download and keep the videos?

Not at this point in time, OCRA is a paid subscription channel and you can only watch videos while you are a subscriber, they are not available for download. We may offer the videos as a downloadable purchase at a later date, in which case you would be able to download them to your device(s) then.

Can I watch the videos on any device?

You can watch through most browsers on Android and iOS mobile devices, smart TVs with a browser, game consoles, or any device that supports a web browser.

Is there a search function?

Yes, in our new theme the search box is right beneath Sign In/Out on a desktop view and beneath the triple line menu on mobile view. Enter your text there and hit enter (if on a desktop/laptop) or if you're on a mobile device, then hit Go or Done.

Can I ask for a ridden or other equine topic to be covered?

Yes, we would welcome any requests or feedback. We can't guarantee that the topic will be covered but if it's relevant, we may be able to include it in a future video. Please email hm@heather-moffett.com with your suggestion.
